We keep our route small and our standards high. Every pool starts with an initial visit so we know exactly what we're taking on.

Request your initial visit

Book a $150 initial cleaning & reset. Tell us about your pool — screened or open, size, salt or chlorine — and we'll schedule your first visit.

We reset your pool

Full 6-point water test, tile cleaned, vacuumed, brushed, netted, baskets emptied, filter cleaned and every piece of equipment inspected. Sign up and $75 comes back as an account credit.

Join the route

If your pool passes the initial visit, it earns a permanent spot on our route — weekly white-glove care from there on out.

Pool green when we arrive? You won't be charged the $150 — we'll assess it and send a quote for a full reset instead.

Questions, answered.

What does the $150 initial visit include?
A full 6-point water test, tile cleaning, vacuum, brush, net, baskets emptied, filter cleaned and a complete inspection of all pool features and equipment. If you sign up for membership afterward, $75 is credited to your account.
What if my pool is green?
You won't be charged the $150. We'll assess the pool on-site and send you a quote for a full reset instead. Once it's recovered, it can join the route like any other pool.
How is pricing structured?
Membership rate + chemicals. Residential screened pools under 15,000 gallons are $175/month, open-environment pools under 15,000 gallons are $225/month. Rental properties are $300/month screened and $400/month open. Anything over 15,000 gallons is custom quoted. See the pricing page for the full breakdown and calculator.
What do you actually test for?
Beyond chlorine, pH and alkalinity, we test and treat the full spectrum: phosphates, nitrates, metals, TDS, and we track LSI (Langelier Saturation Index) to protect your surface and equipment long-term.
How do I know you showed up?
After every visit you receive a detailed emailed report with photos, readings and everything we dosed and did — plus text alerts. Your full history lives in the customer portal.
Who will be in my backyard?
Only CPO-certified, background-checked technicians — no felons, ever. Every tech goes through ongoing training to stay current on equipment and regulations.
Do you service vacation rentals?
Yes — it's a specialty. Rental membership includes a free emergency visit each quarter, a poolside safety sign, a dedicated text line for guests, extra filter cleanings and do-not-swim notecards after each visit. See rental property care.
Is there a contract?
Membership terms are laid out plainly in our Terms of Service. The short version: we earn your business every week.
