Filters are cleaned monthly; salt cells every 90–120 days. Every visit produces a detailed emailed report with photos plus text alerts. Members get a customer portal with complete history and a dedicated support line. All technicians are CPO certified, background checked (no felons), and receive ongoing training on new equipment and regulations.
The initial visit costs $150 and includes a full cleaning/reset and inspection. Sign up for membership afterward and $75 is credited to your account. If the pool is green on arrival, the $150 is not charged — we assess and send a quote for a full reset instead. Payment info is collected by phone when the appointment is confirmed; nothing is charged until after the visit.
Rental membership adds: one free emergency visit each quarter, a poolside safety sign, a dedicated text support line for guests, extra filter cleanings, and do-not-swim notecards left after each treatment.
Anyone who refers a customer gets a $50 digital gift card once that customer signs up and completes a full month of service — and the new member gets a $50 card too. Cards are redeemable for cash or at over 150 retailers. There is no limit on referral payouts.
