Screened pools start at $130/mo (spool) or $150/mo (standard). Open/exposed pools start at $150/mo (spool) or $200/mo (standard). Chemicals are billed at cost — typically $30–75/mo depending on pool type. Large or resort pools are quoted on the first free visit.
No. Black Flag is month-to-month. We believe you should stay because you want to, not because you're locked in. You can cancel anytime with no fees or penalties.
Every weekly visit includes full water testing (6+ parameters), chemical balancing, skimming, brushing walls and tile, emptying baskets, equipment inspection, and a detailed photo report sent to your phone. Monthly: filter cleaning, tile treatment, O-rings. Quarterly: salt cell cleaning.
Because "all-inclusive" pricing incentivizes your pool company to use as few chemicals as possible. Our model means we use exactly what your pool needs — no more, no less — and you see every penny. It's the most honest way to do it.
